1) They keep eating exactly what they are eating now instead of following a weight loss plan.
Go ahead, keep taking that diet pill, get a few more diet pills while you are at it and then don't forget to complain how awful the weight loss plan  is that you are following. If you ever DO decide to follow a diet and exercise plan, shhh, don't tell anyone.

You always have a choice in the way you choose to lose weight. Whether you choose to follow a diet plan, a diet and exercise program or simply make some smart, healthy food choices, it's all up to you. Choose wisely. As many of my ladies know, the best way to lose weight fast, is to combine healthy foods, not use diet pills and to have a well-rounded exercise program.
2) Make it up as you go along.
Don't pay attention to the serving sizes or the healthy food options or even the great tips on the fastest ways to lose weight! Fly by the seat of your pants just as you have been doing, it IS working, right?

Follow the weight loss program that best suits your needs. Health and wellness coaches are experts in the field of healthy foods and balanced diets. They know what it takes to actually lose weight and keep it off for good.
3) Never worry about what you eat for snacks.
Just one chip, one cookie, one gummy bear, you can eat as many as you want, they are only snacks! Not many of them, just one or two, they won't hurt, right?  Just don't write them in your diet journal and nobody will know!

Snacks are an integral part of any weight loss program. In fact, you will lose weight far more quickly if you eat between four and six small, healthy, mini meals made up of proteins, carbohydrates and fats (yes fats) than you will if you try to lose weight through a crash diet.

4) Don't tell anyone you are on a diet.
If you tell anyone, family, friends, co workers, well, then you are going to have to follow through. They are going to be watching you all the time and how on earth will you ever lose weight then? Did they see the diet drinks in your fridge? The diet pills in your bathroom cupboards? Stay undercover and make sure you don't ever tell anyone!

Tell as many of your friends as possible that you are changing your eating habits; that you are on a healthy weight loss journey. The support and the camaraderie that family and friends offer is a huge bonus to helping you not only lose weight but in helping you keep it off. Why? Because now they will know to create and offer you healthy foods, not diet drinks or diet foods that are full of empty calories,chemicals and overall bad nutrition. Most friends and family WANT  to help you get to a healthy, sexier you!

5) For Heavens sake, don't exercise!
It hurts, it is tedious, it doesn't work anyway and besides who is going to teach you to do it right and not hurt yourself? Come on, only jocks and models need to exercise!

The single fastest way to lose weight, is to combine good, natural foods in their natural state with a sensible, daily exercise routine, as often as possible. You do not have to workout for hours on end (not even for one hour, to tell you the truth) but you do need to get moving. Did you know that if you do NOTHING else but start walking, briskly for 12 minutes or more, getting your heart rate up into your target heart rate area, that you will lose, on average, 32 pounds of fat, in one year?   Now if that isn't a reason to start moving, what is?
